| Nissay-SVA signs contract for eBaoTech LifeSystem |

Nissay-SVA Life Insurance Co. Ltd has signed the agreement with eBaoTech to use the eBaoTech LifeSystem for managing their insurance business in China.
Nissay-SVA is a joint venture between Nippon Life Insurance Company of
Japan and SVA in China. Their strategy involves focusing on first individual
business of the China market and moving on to provide insurance coverage
to group business, upon approval by CIRC.
The evaluation team from Nissay-SVA chose eBaoTech LifeSystem as their choice back office administration system which also marks eBaoTech's entry into the Japan market.
