Prior to founding eBaoTech , Dr. Mo was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, Greater China. During his five years at McKinsey, Dr. Mo provided advice to both multinational and Chinese financial institutions and high-tech corporations on their strategy, operations, and organization issues. Dr. Mo was a core member of McKinsey's global Financial Institution Group. Dr. Mo led McKinsey teams to provide multi-year consulting service to a leading Chinese insurance company on strategy, organization structure, new product launch, IT system, sales force effectiveness, and corporate incentive system issues, enabled the company to become the dominant player in most of the key regional markets in its core life insurance business. Dr. Mo also spent nine months leading a McKinsey study to help a Chinese national bank to design and implement its commercial loan credit rating and non performing loan collection system, process, and organizational structure, the study enabled the bank to greatly improve its loan portfolio quality, and effectively reduce NPL severity. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, Dr. Mo worked for four years at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown, New York, as a research scientist. Dr. Mo holds a Ph.D. in Physics from University of Wisconsin-Madison in the US, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees, from Zhongshan University in Guangzhou, China.

Daniel Adamec was CFO of Winterthur Life & Pensions, a top 10 European Life Insurer from 2000 to 2003. During that time, he reduced the expense ratio, accelerated growth in unit-linked products, and realigned the country portfolio of Credit Suisse Group' s life insurance division. Prior to that, Mr. Adamec was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., first in Zurich and then seven years in Hong Kong, where he lead as a partner McKinsey' s insurance practice in Asia. In that time, he served many multinational insurers across Asia, but also helped domestic insurers in China and Hong Kong to improve their business performance and accelerate their growth.

Mr. Wang was a vice president at a renowned Chinese Internet portal prior to joining eBaoTech founding team. Mr. Wang also worked at McKinsey & Company as a senior consultant from 1997 to 1999, he served clients in financial, transportation, and consumer product industries both in China and abroad; Mr. Wang worked together with Dr. Mo on a study to assist a national bank to improve its commercial loan management system, in which, Mr. Wang led the redesign and implementation of its NPL management system that have yielded high impact result. Mr. Wang holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor's degree from Foreign Affairs Academy in Beijing.

Jason has more than 16 years of software product development experience in both world class enterprise companies like Oracle and Motorola and leading mobile technology start-up Good Technology in the United States. Jason worked in Oracle worldwide HQ for more than 10 years and held various technology management positions as Principal Consultant for Emerging Technologies, Director of Strategic Implementation for Oracle Mobile, and Director of Platform Engineering in Server Technologies Group. Prior to joining eBaoTech, Jason worked as a Senior Director of Engineering in Motorola Good Technology Group managing Good Mobile Messaging application development, product globalization, sustaining engineering, and software engineering groups. Jason received his Master of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.

Prior to joining eBaoTech, Ken has worked in Information Technology field in the United States for fifteen years. Ken worked as Chief Architect in IBM Global Services eBusiness National Practice in US; Director and Chief Architect of MarketSite at Commerce One; and Chief Architect of eBusiness Infrastructure at HP Headquarters, California. Ken's core expertise includes large-scale enterprise applications and systems architecture. Ken received his B.S. degree from University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, and received his Ph. D. degree from University of Notre Dame. Ken has published over 30 technical papers and one book.

Mr. Tay was a business manager in the insurance and wealth management practice of the first Mainboard listed e-business enabler at the Singapore Exchange prior to joining eBaoTech. During that time, he led the marketing, branding and solution discovery process of the company's financial products to leading financial institutions in ASEAN. Mr. Tay holds a MBA from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree of Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.

Mr. Meyerhans was, prior to his position at eBaoTech Europe, a member of Goldman Sach' s insurance practice in Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Sydney. Before his time at Goldman, he was consultant at McKinsey & Co. in Zurich and Hong Kong, predominantly in the insurance industry.

Mr. Bugajski was a vice president responsible for managing a team of migration and efficiency improvement experts at Winterthur Group. In that function, he built a high-caliber team consisting of actuaries, process and IT-specialists and refined a standard migration approach for complex portfolios. Prior to that, Mr. Bugajski was consultant at PwC in Poland and Switzerland.
