Based on the company's target/goal, to assist the GM/VGM of Business Unit on the departmental overall organization planning, including setting and modifying the departmental organization structure, job & responsibility descriptions, workflow, performance assessment benchmark and etc;
To regularly adjust and submit the personnel demand to Human Resource Department; To assist the design of the personnel recruitment/selection methods, standard; To organize and conduct the test/assessment of the candidate's technical knowledge and techniques;
To set the targets/goal for the subordinates, conduct performance assessment and give feedback; To promote, transfer, appoint, remove and reward the subordinates, based on their actual performance and competency; To ensure the smooth team operation;
To set and submit the departmental training plan and need and assist various training design and implementation with very good insurance knowledge;
To provide the subordinates with workplace coaching and various kinds of internal motivation; To help the employee obtain a sound career path;
To assist the establishment and improvement of various technical specifications and ensure the subordinate's strict obedience of these specifications;
To effectively support the innovation and problems tackling in the specific technical fields;
To timely provide various kinds of qualified technical report and ensure the smooth internal communication and cooperation; To have a foreseen plan to avoid various of risks to the minimum rate;
To undertake other organization, personnel management and technical-related work assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above;
Proficient in both spoken and written English (an additional language is an advantage), Fluent in spoken Chinese is a must;
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with above 1 year management experience of more than 10 subordinates in insurance or related company (such as in famous software company or consulting company which is working on insurance related);
Strong in analysis skills, problem-solving and communication skills with people at different levels;
High initiative and gumption with clear goal and expected result;
Be good at encouraging people and gather the strength of team;
Be able to win the trust of others and arouse their aspiration to work and get good result;
The insurance related certification such as SOA, LOMA is preferred.

Perform system architecture analysis requirements with clients;
Perform analysis and design for non-functional system changes with clients;
Work closely together with project manager and offsite development team to map IT requirements to system changes;
Create system integration test plan;
Lead system integration test;
Plan system cut-over;

Join sales & pre-sales activities.
